ugh...no it's not JUST a photoshop filter...if that were the case it would still be kept from submission and I would still be working on it. For some who know photoshop better than I, it may be as simple as a filter, but no, I didn't spend under ten seconds on it.

When commenting on someone's works, you could at least add the feeling you get...even if it is negative, but constructive as well, those terms of commenting have more meaning to me. Though in the future I shall do more to manips. Well, thank you for at least not voting that you dislike it...

Anyways, seeing as how i'm here now...I might as well look around...
