i know this is a stupid question and i don't know if you develope and make prints of your own color negatives, but how do you get your prints to come out looking kind of desaturated, faded, nostalgic, almost dreamy looking? the only way i've ever been able to do it with photo-editing software...
the effect i'm speaking of is like your "open rain" photo.

not a stupid question at all! most of it comes with photoshop, i play a lot with curves & saturation but using real film w/ the right lighting & depth of field will usually produce good results. hope that helped :) (Smile)
