I saw Islands last night! I'll have to send you a message but a ton has happened and I got swept up to LA.
But, yeah! Islands' first show in forever and on the release of their latest album. They played some old songs too, of course, and it was amazing! Even "Where There's a Will There's a Whale Bone" complete with guest appearance by Subtitle and Busdriver!

I moved down here about four months ago! It's this huge, long, story, centered around severe depression and a change of pace. I'm doing really great down here and have some really great job stuff going one. Pretty soon here I'll have a part-time job that pays as much as a decent full-time job, so I can get into gear with my comics career!
Also: ISLANDS! Have you heard their new album? For me, nothing will be Arm's Way and Return to the Sea is a close second!
