Batter had been walking for... A long time. He didn't know exactly how long he had been on the move, but it had definitely been quite some time. Of course, he had stopped multiple times to purify things, mostly spectres. Mostly. But still, he was tired from all the walking and purifying he had done that day. He would've just sat with Zacharie for a while to rest if he could find him, but the merchant was nowhere to be seen. So, he instead began wandering around, just looking for a building he could enter. That's when he saw a library. Perfect! He was allowed to go inside, and could even read a bit while there! He just hoped he wouldn't have to purify anyone inside.
On that note, the man walked into the building, the same emotionless expression on his face as always. Batter glanced around, looking for anyone inside.
"... Hello? Is anyone here?"

It's been a while i dont do lit so i may be a bit rusty! ;;-;;
The elsen had arrived to his job no more than an hour ago, cleaning off the main counter and putting his things down. The day, so far, was pretty quiet, little to no one went to the library today, mostly because they had finished fixing some rides at the amusment park. He wished that he could go but he found the library a much more safer place.
Upon the man entering the library and calling out for anyone, Daniel rushed down the stairs to greet the stranger.
" Ah, y-yes! Sorry for any troubles, I was organizing s...some boxes upstairs! "
He explained, putting down a book he was holding under his arm. Once seeing the Batter, he walked over to the main counter, standing behind it.
" Do.... you need anything...sir? "
