You serious? I appreciate it and will take the title if you must insist. But are you leaving the group or going to step down to co-founder?
To be honest, if I am given Founder, then there are some changes I would like to make that aren't truly in accordance with your preferences--rules that I have no doubt you would be against changing. Are you certain you want that? Being founder give you power to veto such changes. If you want the group to be what you envisioned, then you should stay founder. Just sayin'.
Regardless, I will do my best if you so decide to leave.

For one: "If a crossover fan fiction contains a romance between two different continuities. I expect a personal note in my Inbox in advance. Enclosed should be the fan fiction the pairing or parings it includes, with optical references as to who they are."

This rule is too subjective--it looks like you are judging which pairings are acceptable and which are not. I believe that a free group should allow all pairings, despite what pairs one ships or not.

Dude, I don't like Twilight either--but banning it from the group is poor taste. There are actual groups out there made for anti-Twilight art and fics. This is a Cossover group, not an anti-twilight group. Imagine if a random group had in its rules 'No Pokemon art allowed--I just hate that unimaginative and reptitive franchise. Anti-Pokemon is encouraged' just because the Founder does not like it. It just doesn't seem fair.

Then again, if you remain Founder, you will remain the high authority of the group and it will be entirely yours to see asyou do fit--and thus, you can have rules such as the above without explanation. Furthermore as founder, you have no need or bother to explain your rational to the members. If they don't agree with you, they can just leave or you can just kick them out.

That being said, I'm more for a free group with more open guideline submissions. The only other change I can think of probably a minor rule on nudity, a rule on OC's, a rule on quality (like, it has to be nicely scanned or at least inked), and making a rule so that new members have to report in the 'join' box what the difference is between Character and Analgam before being accepted.

You're not failing at it. You're actually probably running it much more hardcore than anyone else could do. Sometimes a strong Founder is needed to get things done. Again--this isn't failure. You're just doing what you're doing in a manner of how you think it should be done. Alright?
