# About me
Hello !Below I want to describe myself a bit, my career, and my motivation to create ArtifyWorld.com.
Originally it all started with a 3.5-year apprenticeship as an electrician.
My passion, my involvement with computers began back in compulsory school days, so in the 80s. Part-time, I extended my experience and knowledge in the IT industry day by day.
Years later, I decided to graduate successfully - also sideline - in all subjects at the HTL for Telecommunications / Electronics . From then on, to this day, I am employed as a IT systems engineer.
I've always been of the opinion that technology can do a lot of mischief, but used properly, it can help a lot. Nevertheless, the further development of the social sector, the environmental matters and especially the matters of ethics and morality are more important than any technical achievement.
Keeping this aspect in mind, I started to think how I could spread this ethos.
And so it all began, in the year 2010, the development of ArtifyWorld.com.
Technology can also create beautiful things;
the crucial factor of this is the mind of the developer behind it;-)
ArtifyWorld should create beautiful things; in our case it is modern, digital art, which will be created using your personal image as the base material.
