disclaimer: forget my previous comment. i put it here during the time i have not yet read "Death: At Death's Door." its cover is good, and i remember the gallery of anathema yume as i look at it. i thereafter read it. comment on the illustration and panels? the cover is good. on the manner of retelling? the cover is good. or the answer to that could be: next question please.
forget Jill Thompson. She did a good job on the Sandman: Brief Lives. but she kinda sucks in attempting to use manga-style -- which is, as we can see, anathema yume's specialty.

naaalala ko ang style ni jill thompson sa "death: at death's door" tuwing nakikita ko ang gallery ni anna.

siguro dahil medyo pareho yung anatomical chever niyo. yung proportions. i suggest more experimentation. hindi saktong tulad ng kay Jill Thompson ha. kasi medyo na-disappoint ako sa retelling niya ng 4th volume ng Sandman. parang hindi kasi tumugma yung manga-style sa ganong klaseng kwento, dahil ang bentahe naman ng manga-style, kundi ako nagkakamali, eh mas expressive siya. eh medyo dark fantasy kasi, sa tingin ko, ang sandman. tapos medyo sablay pa yung characterization niya kina Delirium at Despair. tingin ko lang naman yun. nako... nobela na. sige sige. sa wednesday na lang. apir.
