I couldn't find a free version of that interview online

It might be worth buying the issue.

I am incredibly impressed by your poetry, can't wait to get back to read more of it. I'll definitely have to keep you on my list so I don't miss any future writings.

BTW, I experienced Rothko last summer for the first time, at the National Gallery in DC. I was fortunate enough to be with my former girlfriend, an artist, who showed me how to find the right distance and let the power of the piece wash over me. Mind-blowing!

I'm glad you were able to experience Rothko correctly, he really felt his works had a spiritual aspect to them, and he hated to be parted with them and refused to sell many of them during his lifetime. If you ever get the chance (or you're in the area) I'd check out the Rothko chapel in Houston, it's amazing in an almost overwhelming way.

Thanks again for your comments, I'd love to have you read anything of mine and give me your opinion..

She's being naughty and caught in her cobwebs again. She did just write an embarrasingly long and informative journal entry though...

Grabs your hand and pulls you from the cobwebs of your mind.

It's been a month since we've read something by you, dear.

I hope all is well and that inspiration is still lurking somewhere behind a hidden obstacle.

In love and friendship,
Rebecca

Thank you so much for your concern!

I've been trying to pull my self from those cobwebs as well. There just don't seem to be any words! I'm supposed to be working on a sonnet, it's not working--yet . But I do have something small I wrote the other day. Hope you like.

I'm so touched that noticed my absence, it's made my day!

Returning your love and friendship,
Christina

Of course I noticed your absence- you're one of the most promising poets on my watch list.

The cobwebs will disappear sooner or later. They always do.

Ok I got a whole bunch of The Weakerthans from 4 different albums and they're pretty cool. They sorta sound abit like Voom and Grandaddy mixed together into musical pulp. The month loneg birthday rocked!! I came out the other end with an ipod mini, and a trip to Australia where I bought the funkiest aviators(have I already told you this?) and some chucks which I was in very much need of, having finished 1 bottle of tequila, I managed to get another(oh the good times ahead). I'm totally stoked about this years birthday celebrations. Woop Woop!!!

Thanks for your comments , it's nice to know some of the older ones still get read!

You have an amazing gallery! I only glanced through a couple of the recent ones but they were all quite impressive.
I especially liked 'Always'. It conjures a very vivid image yet at the same time its quite distant. The subject 'I' is set apart yet observing, it's somthing i have tried to describe in several of my works but i think you got it perfectly!

I am forced to watch for more!
