It's called reading the Terms and Conditions before making an account somewhere.
It's common sense to know that you don't post someone else's art on an art website like this.
That said, she may not have said she created it, but she didn't credit anyone either. What a stupid person to steal artwork from. At least half the Naruto fandom, and many people outside of it, know who Lily is and can recognize her work in a second.
