I can make it, but I have some questions about his gold brooch and belts. I need the reference of his brooch, and are the belts go around all his jacket? Are there gold buckles on the right side of his jacket?
About paying - jacket with shirt (top) and pants with shoes (bottom) are going separately.
And yes, I need the base that suit must fit.

oops I'm sorry, the shoes are black not white lol (I'll try to find some references on the internet for some shoes and for a uhhh suit with tailcoats for you to use as a reference ^^)

honestly, your guess is as good as mine ;w; there aren't many references for this outfit. you can remove the belts on the jacket because I am not entirely sure about that one, it looks like the belts are only on one side (weird design) but like I said, you can just remove them since there is no clear reference and the belts don't really add much to the costume anyway.

as for the brooch, again, the only references I have are the ones on those pictures unfortunately ;w; I'm searching through my folders to see if there are any other clear pictures with the brooch visible.

I completely understand if this is too annoying since the references aren't very good. I'm very sorry, I wish there was more >.<;; the only thing I can tell you is that the brooch seems to be very similar to his circlet.

hopefully this, combined with the suit references, will be enough so overall, you can remove the belts on the jacket and as for the brooch...hopefully this will be fine ;ww;
