Actually there's not any widget for it. There are only a widget for points commissions.
But if you want to tell people "requests/commissions/points commissions are open" you can use stamps ^.^
I can explain you everything if you want, I love helping people But I'll must go now ;-; I'll write you everything by a note. The same with details of request - btw, thanks!
