Yeah I have thought about using Musashi for a TG, but could never think of a good storyline.

As for the other classes for Scathach never quite sure how to implement them. The only one I did was the Assassin version at the end for Becoming a Teacher because it was just the swimsuit.

What about an age regression kind of thing? It may be kind of cliche but what about an old man (history professor, archeologist, etc)who looking back on his life has many regrets and his only remaining family, his granddaughter, is looking after him. His granddaughter is starting to get tired of his very crotchety personality and tries to find something to get him to let up a bit and gives him a sword or finds the tg.com website. It may be a bit cliche but cliches are like that because they work. Or it could be something similar to your artoria story where someone makes a wish and changes start happening?

as for other scathaches, Skadi I think would be a good Halloween story, assassin maybe a prank gone wrong

these are the first ones I could think of but I think they are the most solid ones to build off of atm. If you do decide I hope these ideas can help.

I have been meaning to do more TG.com's and do have characters lined up for them. Cliche's do work for those stories and all. 

I'm not against age regression and would be kinda neat for the grandfather getting turned in a young girl or something.

Skadi would be good for Halloween, not sure how to do it for Halloween. Would like to hear your thoughts on what you mean by a prank gone wrong XD. Mainly to see how wrong you mean.

Have a more detailed senario for musashi tg.
The old man is a professor who was an archeologist field worker until injury forced him to retire. After some time he is forced into medical retirement as old injuries and illnesses catch up to him and technology passes him by, leading to his crotchety attitude because he thinks the current archeologists are lazy letting tech do the work. His resentment leaks into his treatment of his family until his granddaughter is the only one willing to look after him, until she gets tired of it too. With his birthday coming up she looks online for something that he can study to occupy his time and comes across old Japanese swords.

On giving the sword to her grandpa it turns him into musashi and gives him another chance. Only he and his granddaughter remember he was grandfather since the world changed to make it seem like gramps died of medical reasons and left his apprentice all his research and everything. She still has all credentials to teach and research, and goes on Nathan Drake type adventures with granddaughter.

Prank gone wrong as in guy said he was going to order a costume for his girlfriend/friend who liked the fate series and ordered skadi as the prank, with the real costume being ordered later. Friend finds out and turns it on guy not knowing about other costume and adds adhesive to the costume while stealing guys clothes from the bath/dressing room. Guy is forced to put costume on but changes during event or spending time with girlfriend.

Another scenario is getting costume order wrong and since too late to order new costume decides to make best of it and put it on. Girlfriend shows up as changing b4 transformation starts to happen in front of girlfriend. Doesn’t change feelings for each other and guy manages to use skadi to make amulet/trinket or gets one that turns him normal when worn.

last scenario I thought of is guy wants to get out of rut life fell into due to circumstances so changes into skadi after wish/friend wanting to be helpful. Change completes over the week of Halloween and gets girlfriend and life becomes much better.
