We live in world where we wish we could live forever. But since we can't, the closest we've been able to reach that level of divinity is with the simple process of photography. A single moment can become a treasured memory, and to be able to capture that second of sublime awe, is considered precious. We render ourselves powerless with our own emotions, and photography is a way to express the lust of countless images, and be able to keep them forever. Or forever as human possible. Digital photography is in itself ageless, because it could not be deteriorated unless wanted, and even if technology were to surpass it's time, it could always be converted into a higher form, to excel is to improve, the way we think, the way we work, the way we take art into consideration, it always changes. And in my opinion, always for the better. In truth, there is nothing more flabbergasting than the art of photography.
