It's nice to hear from you again! I haven't been writing lately at all cause work is taking up a lot of my time. It's stressful when you're the only one working in the household! Hopefully once the hubby finds himself a job I won't have to work as much and my muse will come back to me. How have you been?

really really complicated. I lost my job and in January had to move out of my state to take the guest bedroom and my aunt and uncles place. It was probably the worse decision I made, should have taken my chance at a shelter for a couple of months. Lets just say instead of helping get back on my feet, they just take rent money and have me do all the cleaning in the house. Its even worse that I have no friends in the area and even though I pay for the insurance on the cars I can't take them to go out.
The job down here is really slow and I hardly make enough for my rent. Right now am moving back home at the end of the month. Going to be staying with a friend and hopefully this will get me in a better mood.
Haven't really had to much motivation to draw or anything since I moved here. So I hope leaving this stress filled atmosphere will bring back my creative flow.
I hope ur muse comes back for ya and I understand the stress that makes the muse fly away.

I'd have to disagree. The base pictures are either screencaps or the like, but I manipped them together to create my own pic. I put work into it and since I claim that none of the characters are mind in most of them I don't think I deserve this harrassment. I am not trying to sell them like most other artists on this site so I don't see what the big deal is. Seems that it's my anime manips that are getting all the flack anyway.

it doesn't matter if you are not selling the finished product of what you have constructed. Nor does it matter if you give credit or not. When you post to deviantart you are automatically copyrighting what you have uploaded as solely yours. Sorry.

What Sort of Things are Copyrighted?
The easy answer to this question is that just about any creative work you might find should be considered to be copyrighted by default.

In most cases it does not matter how much of the material you have used. Whether it's a single frame, a few moments of audio, a short clip of video or any other sampling it's still considered to be copyrighted and you still require the owner's permission for use.

it doesn't matter, you created your pieces with copyrighted material, just because you manipulated them doesn't make them and exception to the copyright rules of dA. Did you take the time to draw those characters out? Did you take the time to color in the original lineart? No, you didn't, therefore they can't be on dA. I'd be more then happy to send you a link to the copyright regulations if you need them.

I've seen the list of rules before, so don't bother. As far as all that is concerned, like I told the others, I don't really care. You can report me if you want. I have the originals on my harddrive and am still proud of my work and if you crazy anime fangirls who seem to get riled up every time someone messes with your precious fandom want to cry and complain about it then go right ahead. If they take it down, it won't hurt my feelings one bit.
