Hello and thank you for your interest in my content, as flattering as it is though for someone to be as interested in my work enough to make they're own OCs based off it, I'm afraid the Transcender species is in fact a closed species exclusively reserved for a project that me and a few others are working on, further more, there's still alot of details and traits on this speices that I still haven't fully fleshed out yet and would much perfer to have completed before I even concider the idea of opening this speices for public use and creation.
As such, unless direct written permission is given, the creation of characters based on this speices I'm afraid is out of the question for the time being, I'm very sorry.
I hope you understand and are willing to respect this, thank you again none the less for your interest.
P. S. I have received your ask and whole season 2 of "Ask Rice" still isn't ready just yet, given this question is one I'd been meaning to address I will hopfully have an answer ready for you soon!
