one thing I've learned is if You create stuff to satisfy yourself first, you'll progress faster.
I have always romanticized with the idea that each artist is a prospector working his claim.
With every brush stroke , rough sketch , written thought, was a strike of your Pick as you tunneled your way in to the earth.
Every time I make something I like , it makes me dig deeper.
Sometimes I realize I haven't been to the surface in days

I have spent many hours with latex and clay .
Its in the in moments I run out of those I resort to Styrofoam

ive thought about making a tutorials. Alot of what I have learned was from tutorials created by some exceptional artist....... before I start anything I research as much as I can about my project.
favorite materials seem to change seasonally, Latex , modeling clay, plaster , and some paint can do some amazing stuff!! but paper , flower / water , wire or PVC are favorites when funding is low.
