Less and less vendors since the city keeps raising the prices for set up. You check attendance, not vendors. The ones who buy from them are out of towners or people who don't know any better.

less vendors, less acts, less big name bands (if any at all), definitely help with less attendance. Even Ebensburg and Altoona are having their own things during Thunder - Johnstown just can't help digging their grubby hands further into the pie...

So I've watched JoJo's Bizarre Adventure up to the 3rd episode of the second half of Part 3, and man, am I glad I followed your advice to watch from the very beginning, and not just Part 3. Part 2 is my favorite arc, so far.
