Well, as of now, I'm not really sure. But I'm thinking, the more active in the club you are, the higher your rank. The first four (Leader, lutenant, sub-lutenant and Beta) are currently untouchable, because they are kind of the founders. However, I'm going to make a few other spots available, as soon as I find some names for them.
