I primarily use Adobe Illustrator CS5 to make my vectors. Then occasionally I port 'em off to Adobe Flash to make tiny little animations out of 'em, though I've only done that a few times.

At the moment, probably not, as I don't have a whole lot of free time to do art stuff. On top of the fact that I still don't have internet at my own place, so it's hard for me to even communicate with people most of the time. If it's not too complicated of a request I can think about it, and do my best to make time, but no guarantees at the moment.

Take at look at this and the person said that you could add whatever color you wanted. I am guessing he is having a problem picking out colors.
