I know what you mean, White is very special to me since it was my first pokemon game. Though I enjoyed Platinum a lot more and I grew up watching the diamond and pearl anime and am most familiar with all the gen 4 mons, I mean my favourite pokemon was Spiritomb for the longest time But then Lycanroc happened lol

I've had some time to give it thought, and I think Black still stands as my all time fave but GOSH Sun and Moon come close second, Gamefreak did such a good job with these games, I applaud them.

Oh that's cool! It's kinda like reversed for me? I mean I started Pokemon with Gold/Silver/Crystal but Platinum was the first one I actually own and beat myself, but when Black and White came out... well I had a new favourite, heh. I've seen a good portion of the Gen 4 Anime but nothing compares to how much Gen 5 I've watched oh man! Even watched a fair amount of Gen 3 too, but I wasn't a fan (in fact the only Gen I haven't seen in Gen 2's anime, which is odd since I love Gen 2 a lot)

It's kinda funny... despite Platinum being what really got me into the series, I've been playing it recently and I'm just amazed at how little I remembered about the game? Weird. But kinda nice to, it's like I'm re-discovering an old Region and that's awesome!
