I don't use skype. Tried to once, but I'm so intermittently at my computer it didn't really make sense to have it. Sometimes use g-chat, but rarely.

Thanks! I like my old phone a lot, hence why I haven't upgraded it. Plus it's one of the "rugged" phones, so it can take a beating and live. Good for someone like me who tends to drop their phone and get it wet in the rain all the time.

Well the Galaxy S7 is water resistant, and if you get a otter protective case, it should survive falls, thats what I have and it survived a lot of drops and water

When I inevitably have to get a smart phone, that's definitely the one that I want. However, as long as my phone continues to function I'm sticking with it. Plus, the other nice about it is that there are very few places I can go where I don't get service with this phone. That's something that I hate about smart phones - they work great in cities, but tend to get poor reception out in rural areas.

Things are going ok. This is my last term of regular classes and then I start clinical rotations. Really hard to motivate myself when I know these will be the last couple exams I ever have to take (aside from national and state boards to get licensed). How're you doing? Feeling any better?

It's not really a deployment. I'll just be in Colorado for 3 weeks, then I go back to my clinical rotations at school. I don't actually get stationed anywhere until I graduate next June. Are you still doing school stuff?

I saw some of your 2D animation. It's really cool! I tried animating in Flash back when I was in high school, but I never got any good at it. Still images were more my thing. It would be fun to learn 3D stuff.
