submit art, then select what type of writing it is in the category. then there is that box thing that says "add text" click it then copy paste what you wrote and space out stuff, i do a space after every paragraph so peeps can read it easier. Dont know how to do all of the special stuff sadly ><, well i hope that helped.

yup they can also smell fear. so if you are freaking out they are more likely to sting you, of course some of them are just mean and will sting you anyway. They also dont like carbon dioxide so if you breath on them they get angry.

if you get stung remember to scrape it out not squeeze it out. Use your finger nail and just scratch it off. If you push on it it injects the venom. If there is not ointment or ice just spit on some dirt and rub that on it. Mud is very good at drawing out the poison. Most fo the time bees will leave you alone if you leave them alone. Alot of the time they will just head butt you, trying to make you leave the proximity of the hive if there is one around. However you can hear a specific high pitched buzz when they are going to sting you so that would be the time to run if you had to, either that or swat the little bitch lol ^^

the only time I get scared with bees is if there are a lot of them and I dont got a veil, its a helmet with wire mesh. Face and fingers are the worst places to get stung. White is the best color to wear around them. Brown and black are aggro colors.

yup ^^ the little blob thing on the back is the venom gland. If you squeeze it injects. Also if a bee stings you it will die. so at the least you get revenge! Wasps can sting you more than once so be careful. They are a completely different animal.

yup white is the best. If you have colorful clothes you might attract them, they might think you are a big flower lol.

well when you are a bee keeper you get stung all the time. My dad only wears gloves half the time when we are doing stuff with the bees. All bees are female, except the stingerless drones. They do not even have tongues, their only purpose is to get it on with the queen lol.

I know I hate it when people call wasps bees. They are completely different. Wasps are just a nasty, mean bug that will bite and sting as mana times as it likes. Bees on the other hand do something productive :3 they make honey! They also pollinate plants.

It is fine you should not worry too much. Most bees do not go all aggro unless you are around the hive.

Yes, as much as I fear bees, they help us out a lot. Wasps on the other hand...they're like mosquitoes USELESS and TROLLS.

Ah yeah I tend to stay as far away from them if it's in the open. At my old apartment bees liked making a hive at the roof of my apartment! WTF why OUR roof, just our roof too.

there was probably a crevice that the queen found when they were swarming so they moved in. Happens all the time. There is a building on my property that has bees in the walls, its an old building so we dont care. They live there and they dont mess with us so we leave them be.

hmm what else is there to know about bees? We only move them at night so they dont fly around. A new Queen is called a virgin, becouse it is alot smaller than a sexed up one. You can tell if a hive is bad if they have queen cells. They are much bigger than the normal honey comb. The first Queen that hatches will go around eating the others that did not mature as quickly. Sometimes the old queen will still be around while the virgin is hanging out, mother and daughter tend to tolerate one another. Another way to tell if the hive is bad is if there are no eggs in any of the cells. Also if there are alot of drones, the male bee in a hive it means the Queen is infertile and needs to be replaced.

yup they are the same size as a normal bee, only thing that looks different is the middle section, instead of a circle it has a... hmm its kidna hard to describe, to me it looks like an raised up tear drop. Also their abdomen is more funnel shaped. Queens do not lose their stingers when they sting.

She eats her unborn sisters.

well unless you are allergic you should not be too frightened. Bees are mostly docile. Of course if you piss them off they will go after you. ^^'

the bee is a harsh and cruel mistress indeed lol. They sense weakness and they will pounce. For instance if a hive is not doing good the surrounding hives will rob the honey from it hastening its death.

well yah it only takes like 100 bee stings to kill you and when you out in the field your surrounded by thousands of them. It is more of a mater of knowing when to back off. If you dont have a suit it is not advised to mess with them. So long as you wear the suit you have virtually nothing to worry about. They can only thing you if they get into your veil or if they gather where your elbow is, the inner part, since that is the weak point in the gloves. A bee sting is not that bad, some hurt more than others it all depends on where you get stung. fingers and face are the worst, besides privates of course. If the suit came off you would be running for the hills. Well normal bees are not that bad, it is the African ones that you have to worry about. They aggro over the slightest thing, plus their pheromones make them group attack.

well yah I used to be as well but if you work at it you get used to it. The buzz of an angry swarm is pretty intimidating if you do not know the suit will keep you safe. Like for instance my glove has a hole in the middle finger so I could get stung if I dont pay attention to it. The seam in the finger opened you see.

well over alls with elastic keep the bees from flying in and the gloves cover your hands up to your elbows which is why that is a weak point. It is not that they can get it it is that is the thinnest place, when you flex you arm to lift something the pressure forces the bees stinger through the cloth into your arm and that is how you get stung through the suit.

You know, killer bees. they are an aggressive strain that has adaptations to survive. For instance their stinger when it comes out it emits a pheromone that drives all nearby by into attack mode and they will hone in on that location and sting. They are extremely aggressive and will take over non African hives, converting them. we dont like them cause they dangerous and do not produce as much honey as the European bee, which is much more docile.

well over in Africa they have people taking their honey all the time, which is why they hate black despite there being few creature in Africa that are black. They kinda do monkeys and baboons tear them up. It was a mistake to introduce them else where in the world though. yes the good old euro bee is preferable. Although there are different colors of bees, like black, golden, kidna a lighter yellow, there are some white ones but we do not deal with them.

yah some english guys brought some back from africa then they got loose and spread like wild fire.

there are all kinda of bees from the bumble bees and the carpenter bees to the sand bees ( the white ones) I forget the technical names of the golden and black variety of honey bee.
