Yeah, of course. It is a very clever idea using expanding foam, I've not seen anyone else do that before.
I may be using that same idea in making my own dress form, now.

Thank you. I was going to get great Stuff pro. It's reviews keep saying it expands further and dries quicker. So, there's less not much less but still a little less risk of messing up.
