With a camera with such framerate as yours the shoot itself will be a piece of cake.
Keep your camera still (on tripod, for example), set it into manual mode to make sure that your exposure is consistent on each shot. Take several pictures of your model in continuous mode.

The post processing is the key, though.
Open the photos in Photoshop (or Gimp, or in any other graphics editor providing layers; they will all work great). Let every frame be an seperate layer in one document. Then add mask to each layer (except for the background)and mask out everything but the character on each.

Now, if you have already worked with PS or Gimp, the rest of the work won't prove difficult - just select the silhuoettes carefully and everything will be fine.

But if you're a total newbie in this field - well, I'm afraid you must just get familiar with PS first, and then get down to techniques like this.
