# About me

Hi, I haven't updated this for years, just now doing so, spring 2013.
I am a writer, with books, chapbooks, nearly 200 poetry and fiction publications in magazines. I teach fiction writing through UCLA Ex. Writing Program, and my own academy online. I promote innovative literature through a resource website, a contest, publishing chapbooks, reviewing, and a magazine.

I've focused in on the writing rather than my own art these days, but a lot of my art is out there in magazines, and was in exhibitions internationally. I was the Artist for MKZine, and Art Director for Mad Hatters Review, and I still employ visual complements to literature.

I also write non-fiction, such as a recent article in Paranoia Magazine, lots of literary theory, etc..

I am currently publishing a chapbook anthology of art and literature, and have found all the artists through DA. I hope to bring art by more Deviants in the future to a wider audience, and provide you books to hold in your hands.

I live in Berkeley.
