have you ever tried PaintChat by any chance? its what I've been using pretty consistently now. somewhere between ms paint and photoshop quality on it's tools and detail.

[link] the program is java based so there's no download, but you'll need to get the java extension 'jtablet' if you want pen sensitivity. I'm on there quite a lot, it'd be cool to draw with you some time. "Secondkin" is my username there too.
