# About me
I've come a long way. Since I was in grade school, art has been and ever present constant in my life. It was nurtured and catered to by my parents, Jimmie and Linda Kerr, and still is today.After high school I attended Georgetown College on a partial art scholarship and studied under James McCormick and Bob "Charlie Joe Wilkerson" Williams for the next four years. There I found that I loved two things, Oil Paints and Photography.
Since, art has remained a constant in my life. Regardless of my current status, whether it be troubled or going well, I can always find serenity on a piece of canvas with a brush in my hand.

Yeah, it's mostly mood or situation. If I've got light I shoot photography or work on something large outside. If I don't I work at the drawing board.
I'm going to be focusing on photography and large paintings this coming year. I did one outside yesterday, an experimental, and it started snowing on me (and it). I'm curious to see what the wet weather did to my painting. I just left it out there to see if I could get an interesting effect from that.
