Favorite visual artist: I love Ukiyo-e (Japanese floating art)...Comicbook art and Graffiti art. My favorite artist are Humberto Ramos, Sean Galloway, Jim Lee, Skottie Young, Ernie Barnes, Norman Rockwell, Adam Hughs, and J Scott Cambell.
Favorite movies: anything that's good
Favorite TV shows: Boardwalk Empire, The Walking Dead, Trueblood, some Japanese Anime with Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop being my all time favorite.
Favorite bands / musical artists: I listen to pretty much anything but I listen more to Conscience Hip Hop like Common, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, The Roots, De La Soul, and Lupe. I'm more into Nujabes and Fat Jon (who are famous for the Samurai Champloo soundtrack) when I'm drawing.

Favorite gaming platform: XBOX 360 and PS3 in that order.
Tools of the Trade: lead, pen and ink, IPAD 2 Sketchbook Pro, computer. I use to hate markers but love them so much I spent an arm and a leg on Prismacolor Markers
Other Interests: Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Taekwondo, Karate, drawing, Comic books and video games, execising, Hip Hop, movies, Greek Mythology.

# About me

I love and been creating art as far as I can remember. My late grandmother was the first to discover my artistic talent. She has always inspired me to draw.

I kinda lost my drive for creating artwork after high school when I got heavy into martial arts and competing in martial arts competitions. I didn't pick drawing back up until about 2 or 3 years ago.

Today I almost draw daily after meeting and talking to my favorite comic artist, Humberto Ramos at the Wizard World Comicon in Chicago.

Now I like to draw things that inspire me in my personal everyday life from landscapes, martial arts themes, to comic book charaters.

I work with a mixture of makers, pen and ink, and photoshop.
