Kankri Vantas
He has currently been shown to be slightly naïve (was tricked by Meenah) and rebellious, in a way very similar to a "human teenager". He also tends to educate his companions by preaching long, jargon-filled speeches, parodying the vocabulary and habits of social justice bloggers. He also warns about trigger w9rds, which are brought up frequently. It's shown that he is the most long-winded of the characters, to the point where his own ramblings put Karkat in an unusual shocked silence.
While he is obsessed with various forms of persecution and injustice, he brushes off Porrim's stated feelings of persecution as nothing but pseud9science and t99 distracting from all of his pet issues. (It is unclear whether any of these issues were perceived as significant by anyone on Beforus other than Kankri.) In some ways he's the opposite of Karkat; while Karkat acts like a jerk but has low self-worth and actually cares for everyone, Kankri's tirades of social justice and political correctness mask his arrogant and rather judgemental nature. He can be much ruder to others than Karkat would ever be despite yelling at everyone.
Kankri's calm and dull personality can be broken in mere seconds, however, and he can get very agitated. One of his triggers appears to be being touched. When Porrim was attempting to clear a spot on his face, he got furious and refused to let her help him, and insisted he could remove the mark himself. Then, in Ministrife, he appeared to be frustrated as there was too many people joining the strife at the same time, clustering him. When Kankri gets mad, his punctuated typing style turns into all caps, and his anger is visualized by flames burning in his eyes.
Kankri is committed to a path celibacy and seems to indicate that his post-scratch iteration, the Signless/Sufferer, was once celibate when he expresses surprise that the Signless/Sufferer apparently broke this vow with the the Disciple, the post-scratch iteration of Meulin Leijon.

The candy red blooded troll sighed a bit as he was walking. Kankri was bored, which was rare, he would usually have someone to lect- er.... I mean have a conversation with, knowing they wouldn't listen to what he had to say. The candy red sweater wearing troll stopped walking once he saw he wasnear the beach, where usually either Cronus or Meenah would be, but he didn't see either of them, all he saw was a troll sitting on the sand. Kankri raised an eyebrow once he saw this troll, curious of why she was here.

looking troll got up and dusted the sand off her purple and magenta, seadweller inspired dress -
speaking of her dress it contained little black except for the bow tied around her waist which was
a little strange how bright her dress was compared to how other trolls wore
their outfits. Turning on her heels she meet eyes with the other and blew some hair away from her
face, giving a small smile - not knowing what to say - she had no idea what the other wanted but
was in too clam of a mood to be agitated by it.

The teenager sighed as she collapsed onto her desk. School was a fucking nightmare and a half. With the combination of douchebag jocks, stick-in-the-mud teachers and deans, and upcoming finals, her sanity was slowly draining away.
Anj glanced over to the door, wishing she could bolt out of the school then and there. But then students began to flood in, so that plan was a bust. The only thing she wanted to do was chill out with someone and just...talk. Talk about anything, but nobody would give her the time of day because she was classified as a 'stoner' for her skater look. She sighed; she hated people. She hated people so damn much.

Kankri sighed as he walked to class. He was trying his best to avoid Cronus, who he really didn't want to talk to right now. Once he entered the classroom, he walked to his desk, setting down his things, oh how we wished this day would be over already. First someone tripped him, making him get a rip in his sweater, which Porrim has to fix after school, then... well, let's just say Kankri wasn't having such a good day. He tried best to ignore when someone threw a crumpled up piece of paper at the back of his head, he simply kept his cool, and ignored them.
'Can this day get any worse?...' The white haired teen thought to himself, sighing again, trying to focus on what the teacher said, but surprisingly he couldn't. When a few more crumpled up pieces of paper were thrown at the back of Kankri's head, he had enough of this, he asked the teacher to use the restroom, which the teacher aloud(dunno if it's spelled that, but i dun care), so Kankri walked out of classroom, passing by Anj's desk. Once in the hallway, just a few feet away from the classroom, Kankri sat down against some lockers, placing his face in his hands. 'Why must this happen to me?' The red eyed boy though, tears cornering his eyes, but he refused to let them come down.

Anj had been watching the boy through the corner of her eye; those jerks in the back never seemed to let up! God, her hatred for people only increased. When Kankri left the classroom, Anj quickly grabbed his bag from the side of his desk, keeping it safe from any of the idiots in the back. Although she didn't know him personally, Anj felt sorry for the boy because she knew how it felt to be targeted.
Then, the bell rang, and Kankri wasn't back yet. As the kids poured out of the classroom, Anj waited for a moment to see if Kankri came back. But when he didn't show any sign of coming back in, Anj simply shrugged and slung her own bag over her shoulder, carrying Kankri's bag on her shoulder.
Once she got outside the classroom, Anj spotted the white-haired boy sitting in front of the lockers. She approached him cautiously, adverting her eyes bashfully.
"Um...I got your bag for you..."

"...." He was silent for a moment before silently wiping his eyes, glancing up at Anj, and standing up, taking his bag from her. "Thank you..." Kankri said, nodding at Anj, before turning around and starting to walk away, planning on apologizing later for just walking away, he sighed to himself, probably knowing he triggered her by just walking away but he didn't really need anything else happening to him today. For the rest of the day the white haired boy ignored, at least tried to, all the people that bullied him.
By the end of the day Kankri met up with his brother, Karkat, who asked what had happened to him, but Kankri didn't answer. While the two were walking home, Kankri saw a glimpse of Anj out of the corner of his eye, but decided not to say anything, and kept on walking. "Will you slow the fuck down?!" Karkat yelled at Kankri, who was walking a bit too fast, so Kankri slowed down, opened his mouth to tell Karkat about yelling at people will trigger them, but closed it after Karkat was walking next to him again, looked forward again, not even bothering to lecture his younger brother at this point right now.

He walked away before she could say 'you're welcome'. Although she felt a tad hurt, she knew it was because of those dumb morons from before that put him in his bad mood. It wasn't his fault; Anj would want to be alone if she were being treated like that too. Regardless of the matter, she walked to her next class.
The loud, obnoxious shout caught her attention. She was currently practicing (if one could call falling over every two seconds practicing) on her longboard, and she thought she was alone, but apparently not. Her cheeks flamed red at the thought of Kankri seeing her fall over. How mortifying!
"Ugh!" This was beyond stupid. Anj growled lowly and sat down on her longboard, trying to compose herself. The brunette sighed and closed her eyes, putting an earbud in her head, too lazy to put the other one ear.
