Oh, heh. I do tend to take the higher-level classes; helps with my GPA a lot. Still, I don't like that the classes I take separate me from the majority of my closest friends.

They're nice, but they can be so serious at times. Which isn't bad, just incredibly boring. I'd say it's not much of a surprise because the higher-level classes aren't assigned lightly for the fact that they're a lot of work, and people want to focus on that work. 

Except maybe my English class. Everyone's pretty chill in there. There are only nine people, and we all know each other pretty well, even before being put into the class.

Awesome! My English class is fun too. I presented my book talk yesterday and everyone now wants to read it. xD We all laughed so hard during my presentation, it was easily five minutes long.

It's a Sebastian Stan Reader Insert. I started it in October, and it should be done soon... ish. It's a big mess, but basically, this famous couple split up because he cheated, but she still loves him and he still loves her, but there's more drama than that. Much, much more drama. I'm not sure if that's your cup of tea though, considering you said you're not much into romance.
