you can find a lot of tutorial in the internet, in deviantart there are some group that can help you
sai is more simply than photoshop, and its don't used so many memory(this is the main reason, my laptop is lack of space memory in my HDD)

honestly, I don't usually search for tutorial(not mean to be arrogant), I just like to more practice than theory
so, I didn't have any bookmark tutorial on my bookmark, but, if you want to see how someone doing some works in fast forward, I can suggest you some of
or you can search in youtube, with keyword like, 'speed painting'
maybe there are some video that isn't fast forward, but most of them is just basic, un-finished work
and for the group, the group that I joined and I know that it can help people is [link]
I don't really sure, is that group can help you about coloring or not, because as far as I know, most of the correction is for proportion
I remember I have saw some of the group, but again, I'm totally forgot the name
