Her name is actually Electra Lyte -- her back story is fairly long and incomplete. So long story short; long, long ago, before the alicorn Princess ruled Equestria, the ponies of the land, skies, and magic were guided by the Gods. Though no one had ever seen the Gods before they believe surely and truly that they existed. One terribly stormy night, when the thunder rumbled throughout the lands and the lightning struck ferociously at the grounds.. a child was born. The ponies of these early ages were in shock to see this small foal whose main was nothing more then a mane of lighting. And eyes that seemed to see beyond the normal domain of normal ponies. The ponies took Elektra Lyte and viewed her as a sign from the Gods. Many years passed and Elektra Lyte struggled to contain her wild abilities. Since then her tribe has received word that other Elemental Ponies existed throughout the lands. Were they Gods? Or were these embodied elements meant to cause chaos and disorder?
