I recently joined the Mass Effect bandwagon and already have plans for my OCs lol.XD But mostly i express them through stories,although I'm still stuck on what to do with my OCs' involvement with the series.
Also,I like your Quarian.A shame she dislikes jokes tho.My ME OCs tend to make terrible puns based on people's names,race,and preferences.

I have three humans with different backgrounds,an Asari with Hanar lineage,and a Turian that speaks her mind.One human is regarded as royalty or upperclass(even though she hates being regarded as such),two are sisters and used to work for Cerberus until they decided to leave and become mercenaries.My Asari takes many traits from her Hanar father,including appendages decorated on her crest,and she breaks the stereotype of Hanar being "polite" and will go up your face if she gets angry.My Turian is the definition of "intensity intensifies" and is basically the upper-class human's "angry dinosaur mom".

I have a feeling my upperclass human would get along with one of your Quarians,because she's a nerd and focuses more on science than with her emotions.XD
Niiice one with the Asari.My other two human OCs,the Takani Sisters,would love to take down notes on what to learn from them.The eldest is calm and level-headed but unable to discern genuine feelings while the youngest is open and easily temperamental.

Tbh,while it's cool I have my OCs fleshed out,I'm still not sure whether or not I add them in the Normandy as members or just an extended branch that could aid Shepard and company whenever.The reason for this involvement is because the upperclass human is Shepard's cousin,though they have nothing in common and yet still get along.

I think its good to have an OC who does their own thing when Mass Effect takes place like I developed a story that happens during Mass Effect 2 and 3 that has nothing to do with Shepards Story (there are small parts but thats it)

And I woulf say for the cousin you try to make them trying to find their own individuality and make their own fame instead of riding commander shepards coattails

It could make for an interesting story
