# About me
Hello! My name is Betty! I'm just a 17 year old Asian girl who grew up and in the beautiful but often rainy city of Vancouver, British Columbia. I love music, writing, doodling, and of-course my family, my amazing boyfriend, and my awesome friends. I love any pastel colour, but if I had to choose, blue or purple would be my favourites. I have a ton of favourite books, movies, and songs, if I wanted to list them it would take forever.If you knew me in real life, you will hardly ever see me without my iPod, a notebook, a pen/pencil, or a sketchbook.
I love to sing and I can play guitar, flute, as well as a little bit of piano. I'm also learning how to play violin.
When I grow up, I want to become a writer, musician, or psychologist. Personally, I think that it really dumb for anyone who has the choice to pursue a career in any field that they have no interest in other than the money.
I'm pretty crazy and dramatic sometimes, but that's all a part of me! I'll admit, I'm not the prettiest, smartest, or the most talented, but I love myself the way that I am (kind-of). I don't wear makeup nor do I try to be something I'm not because I think that being yourself is most important. I try my best to see the best in everyone and I hope everyone can do the same. This paragraph was incredibly cheesy, but that's okay! :D
