# About me
I'm a cartoonist from New Jersey who grew up in the 50s and 60s watching the classic cartoons... Warners, Fleischer, Disney and even a little Hannah/Barbera... and sometime in the mid-70s became an animator for commercial studios in New York. I've animated for about 40 years for various studios including Warner Bros and Ralph Bakshi and now that classical animation has (hopefully temporarily) fallen by the wayside in favor of CG, I continue to draw my animation by hand, using a computer to composite my films. I also deviate to comics, cartooning and character design.# Comments

I just "Marathoned" your whole gallery
I really loved it. Got hooked upon discovering your drawings of women, stayed for the nice cartoony atmosphere. Really love your style, really nicely developed, inspired by many classic cartoons and pin-ups. "Coyote Girl" comic was really fun, very nicely drawn (nice background work, btw), felt very much like a pilot episode for a cartoon. Classic cartoon characters in Frank Frazetta's world were really cool (I'm a big fan of 80's fantasy movies, so I enjoyed it a lot

Thanks! I've kind of drifted away from here as you can tell by the lateness of this reply, but I truly appreciate the compliments! BTW I notice your profile pic is of Johnny Bravo. I'm not sure if you're aware but I storyboarded 11 episodes of that show. If you like the new strip I'm doing you can follow it on Tapas. I stopped publishing it here as it seemed to be getting little to no reaction (not deviant enough?). Over there I have over 1100 subscribers. If you're one of them thanks for that too!

It was a fun time discovering your identity, which I did prowling around the Kubert School twice a year on open house days. Β Saw your work posted here and there, so, knew I was looking in the right place. Β Finally, by process of elimination and a carefully constructed interrogation of a tour guide (whose name I WILL remember, eventually), I verified my suspicions. Β Wish we could have met, then.

I'm currently on art-hiatus, having turned my art blog into a martial arts blog. Β First time in over ten years I've taken a break from the daily exercise (i.e. gesture drawing). Β But, already, I'm seeing where art ties in commercially with what I'm doing, so, likely, it won't be long till I parcel out time to get with it, again.Β

Well, you need to make an application to Deviantart Film to make hosted videos. It takes a while for the submission, but you'll definitely get accepted, no problem.

Damn, the only problem might be my foolishness in choosing a copyrighted song for my track. Until I get the rights I can't post it here but I'm workin on that. Why didn't I just get a talented musician to do an original track like you did?

Yeah, DA's known for being very squirrely about use of copyrighted material, even with permission. I've seen artists having videos removed even when they had permission for the music.
