Yeah i'm working on a game project with a couple of friends. All the post apocalyptic looking objects and vehicles in my gallery were made for it.

Yeah I can show you. I mainly don't post anything because I figured no one was into that kind of stuff. A lot of my friends love to cosplay and I sometimes make props for them, mostly guns. The one i'm currently working on is not painted yet. Once I finish building it, i'll add all the paint and make it look post apocalyptic. You know add rust and all that. I'll snap a photo and send it to you.
I know what you mean when stuff breaks. I get the same problem when trying to glue bits of metal and plastic together. Most of the time it holds well but sometimes it just falls apart. lol

When you're unwrapping something with a lot of detail, it's best to make the texture size bigger. That way you avoid getting blurry textures. Don't be afraid to model things in different pieces, you can always attach them later. If you get stuck somewhere, just let me know. I have a web cam and I can always point that thing at my screen to show you how to do things. If not just message me on GTP, MSN, or on Xbox Live. I think I have some modeling sheets of WWII tanks somewhere. I'll let you know.

Haha thanks, I actually went to school to specialize in it. Been doing 3d modeling for almost 5 years. I tried doing 3d avi art on Gaia but I guess that wasn't a huge hit. Only ended up doing one which you just added to your favorites. lol

Hmmm, I could go with the badassness story of how uber cool I am and say all my life, which is true. My parents even have the drawings of when I was like 2 or 3. xD Craziness. I was always more of a doodler. But, I go on a standstill every now and again. Only recently did I start taking art classes to sharpen my skill and work at my major.

Yea, I'm doing the fine arts major right now. I plan to go to a art school soon, so I'll be doing the more specific major of illustrations.

Ah I got a friend that goes there. Great school. I went to a tech school in the Inland Empire area. Not the best choice but things turned out fine in the end. Graduated last year.
