Well, I tried to make an animation with just standard motion data. The "Head exercises" Thing.
Well, it was using penguin models, with were like maybe 1/3 the height of a normal model.
I tried to put a bow tie on them, per the request of the person I was making it as a gift for, but after about... 30 frames, I think it was, the bow tie started to slowly float above the penguin's head, at normal model height....
How does one keep that sort of thing from happening???

Well, if that bow wasn't from the penguin, is normal if it was floating. To solve that, you probrably need to add that bow to the penguin with PMDEditor or PMXEditor and then the bow won't float.
But the reason why the bow is floating is because you made an animation for the penguin but you didn't did an animation for the bow. So, your options are edit the penguin with PMDEditor or PMXEditor or you can do an animation for that bow.
Now, if you decide to do an animation for the bow, it will take sometime and it may be not very well done. And if you decide to edit the penguin it will be easier because then you can do an animation for the penguin and the bow will be just as you want.
