Oh, well, it is in all news and we're all warned, but like...no one's panicking over it xD We all know how to secure our stuff and that we should avoid going out if possible, because this is not the first time that happened xD
Actually, a few years back we had a worse storm that was supposed to hit us in the afternoon and the teacher refused to let us go home even though it already stormed outside and we were like the last class still in school that day xD In the end I was trapped in the hospital near the school with a friend because we were save there, the busses wouldn't drive anymore and we couldn't reach a taxi xD Luckily, a few hours later the busses drove again and we could go home xD I'll never forget that though xD

It's really great that everyone knows what to do and doesn't panic. : ) It seems like normally people panic from what I can tell.
That could have been kind of scary depending on how young you were, but that teacher had a really good idea to keep all of you there. π€ She was able to make sure all of you were safe that way. You were probably so happy to be home. xD

Oh no, he kept us in school before the storm really started even though everyone knew it was supposed to arrive that afternoon^^ It had just really started when the lessons were over, so he kinda caused us being trapped xD He said we were overreacting when we asked if we could go home early xD

Thanks for the llama
I knew a llama once. At least I thought I knew him. I mean, how well can anyone really know anyone, much less a llama. With their air of mystery and thinly veiled contempt. Itβs hard. But I digress.
His name was Kevin. But for reasons I will never understand, he would only ever answer to Albert. Identity issues aside, things started out okay. The usual introductory sniffing and sneezing went well, despite his allergies, but then things started going downhill during the ritual licking phase of the pleasantries. We pushed through. And had it not been for the spitting, we might have even been able to make it work, but alas, after just 3 seconds of bittersweet brotherhood, we finally decided to part ways. Itβs kind of sad, when you think about it. Spitting seems like such an innocent thing to fight over, but he was pretty adamant that I should stop and that was just never going to happen. We might have overcome that issue, but Kevin, like all llamas, was very competitive. First came the stench competitions. Then it was belching contests. And lastly, a painstaking count to see which one was hairier. You can clearly see why our relationship was doomed. The poor fellow was a bit of a sore loser.
So he snuck out, taking with him a failed friendship, an obliviously optimistic dread of the future, and my sixth favorite toothbrush. Now that he is gone, I can honestly say, it's for the best. He was too much of a chick magnet anyway and who needs that poultry drama?
