If you're going to be taking commissions, at least do it in a reasonable timespan. I've been waiting for at least 3-4 months. I'm sorry, but it's kinda true--I don't want to sound impatient or anything, I'm just letting you know and just giving you a reminder that you do have people waiting.

Yeah this has happened to me too, except I've been waiting since May and have received nothing in that timespan, starting to worry I'm never going to get the art I paid for. Not sure whether it's a good or bad thing that I'm not the only one that has been kept waiting so long though :/

They removed me from the commission list because they were "busy" with stuff and said they'd be available in December. What I don't get is that, why would you say that, refund the commission, and remove someone from the list when you can just get the commission over with at that time when you'd say you're available? Silver Moon is only just looking for excuses to not do them at this point, but I honestly don't care anymore. She has to learn that if you're going to be doing commissions, you're going to be doing them instead of...of this thing she's doing :\

I haven't heard from them at all since I originally spoke to them in May, I sent a note earlier, which appears to have been read, but I haven't gotten a reply. They haven't taken me off of their commission list, but I don't expect to be getting the art I asked for anytime soon. It's ridiculous though yeah, if you can't do a commission, then let them know and give the person a refund. That's certainly what I would do if I ever couldn't get a commission done for whatever reason. Though thankfully I've always been able to finish the commissions I take on, I think the longest I've left someone waiting is about 6 weeks? But I kept those people updated, told them why it was taking me so long (the stylus for my tablet broke and I couldn't get it fixed for a while), and that I'd get the art I owed done as soon as I was able, and I did. Of course I did! I didn't just ignore them or come up with some excuse as to why I wasn't drawing. Which seems to be what SilveerMoon is doing, and that's not a very good thing to do. I'm not too fussed either at this point, annoyed that I probably won't get my points back yes, but honestly not that bothered about the art. She does have to learn that if you're going to take commissions then you do actually have to draw what you say you're going to draw though yeah. If you don't you run the risk of picking up a (rightfully) bad reputation on here and then nobody will want to commission you in fear of being ripped off. :/
