I've only been to last year's OtakuMex and SWACE as far as cons go. XP And I'd like to go to OtakuMex this year, too. But like I said, money is an issue, though... So I probably wouldn't be able to afford a hotel room. @_@

School just started and I already need a parking sticker (which will probably eat all the money I have), some school supplies, and other assorted random crap. Dx

Well, there's no way I'll be able to afford a hotel room. And I don't think my dad will want to take me, so. I dunno. Maybe I can convince him to let me drive myself up there, though. Then, maybe I can bring a cardboard box and sleep under a booth in the con. XD

Yeah, I'm only in college now 'cause of a program at my high school...and they're paying it for me. Only one class, though. Japanese. :> Which I start tomorrow.

So, I don't have to worry about books, yet... I'll have to apply to a bajillion scholarships to get through collge, methinks. <_<;
