I haven't been on dA for quite some time before I decided to start over- I've grown so apart from everything and everyone and it took a while to regain the courage to be a (more or less) active part of a community, and I've been too nervous to reach out to everyone I've lost touch with, though I've been sneaking around your gallery as well every now and then and I gotta say I never really stopped admiring your artwork (from apart!) ;__;

I haven't either, ever since I got a tumblr and revolved more around fandom spaces, I've drifted apart from dA. I come around sometimes to clean up my notifications, and decided to do some fixing up on my webpage as well. A lot of deactivated friends, but when I saw yours had moved, I wanted to see if you had left behind your new account. I'm embarrassed it kind of took this long, but I'm glad I did anyway. 

I'm so grateful you still admire my work, you make me want to dive back in and do more original art. You've done a lot of amazing artwork too, and pixel art, which isn't easy haha!

I had this account for roughly 2 years I think(?) before I even started posting my art here again, just to save the username for a time when I'd be ready to share my stuff again LOL. I don't feel like the break had a negative impact on me though - I could have improved a lot more if I had continued to draw so much but, it's how it is.
And honestly I don't blame you, at this point I wish I also would have done a better job trying to keep in touch with everyone. I remember debating whether or not I should try to reach out to you or if you'd forgotten about me already, that was roughly in 2015/16 I believe, when at some point I drew this up and never delivered it to you - Fairy Birthday  
I still hope you've been well in all these years, and I'm glad to talk to you again though<3

I'd love to see more art from you though, especially recent pieces as I saw you've improved a stunning lot !!
So glad to hear that though, thanks so much!! Pixel art kinda owns my heart ;v;
