I was a bit stressed out over the last weeks, but now I'm done with all my exams and just waiting for the results. I'm currently working on the layout for our yearbook, which is also stressful, but actually really fun.

At least your exams are over and done with I hope you get good results It's really annoying waiting for grades though. When do you find out?
Yeah, I'm good thank you. I've finished my first year of the course I'm doing at college, and I'm not sure whether I want to do the second year yet or just find a full-time job. The course is okay, but I'm not really enjoying it as it's basically a repeat of the lower level of the course that I did a couple of years back. But I'm sure I'll figure it out. I do have until September to decide

Yes, I have them now. I did better than I expected. I got a 2.2 which I'm really happy about. 1.0 is the best you can get and 5.0 is the worst.

Ah okay, cool. To get a qualification always seems like a pretty good thing^^

No, I don't really have any idea what I'm going to do with my life, sadly... Basically I'm taking a year off now, find some sort of job and gain some experience. So that will hopefully help me to figure out what I want to do. I'd love to travel a bit before I make any decisions, so that's hopefully what I will be doing this next year.

Sounds like a good plan. Hope you manage to find a job. If it's anything like the UK with finding jobs then good luck. There's none here and the ones that hire look for experience...

I guess if you're just looking for a small job and have low expectations you can find something over here. But I live near the city where Volkswagen cars come from and I know from a few friends that they pay really well for jobs in production, so I might try that.

I'd love to visit my uncle in Chicago again. I also looked at some voluntary work programs in North America, so I guess (/I hope) I'll end up there, at least for a few weeks.

That sounds like a good plan you have there. As for the smaller jobs, even they are hard to get. In fact, they're harder to get because so many people apply for them :S Engineering, Web Design, Care Workers, Cleaners and Delivery Drivers are the highest demanded over here I find.
Wish I could go abroad someday. I have a passport but I've not used it yet. Me and a friend of mine are considering to go to Paris sometime next year though, which'll be an experience!

Seriously? Wow okay...I think they're always looking for help here. Of course you can't make any real money with that, but it's better than nothing.
Aw I really hope you'll get to do that! It's always a great experience! I've never been to France actually...So Paris is on my travel-list as well.

You travel a lot, so I'm actually surprised that you haven't been to France. I would love to go to America and Australia at some point too. Sometime next year the college is letting people go to New York. They did it this year, but we weren't given anything about it so we couldn't go, which annoyed me.

Yeah I guess you could say that I travel a lot, but I've actually never been to a lot of European countries... I've never been to France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, ...but I've still got plenty of time for that^^

Oh that's tough to answer though... Well, I've been to Chicago, in Illinois. We went on a roadtrip from there on and I'm not exactly sure through which states we went. We went through Indiana and Michigan, we also were in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and then ended up in New York. But I'm not sure what happened in between
