omfg I bought the CUTEST converse at that store! They were colored like the British flag! xD oh man, this talk is making me want to go NOOOOWWW.

And yeah, it's permanent haha. My hair is blue 2/3rds of the year, and I change it green or red depending on if I get bored with it lmao. You could always just buy a few bottles of spray on, maybe? I don't have much experience with it, since I just dye it lol, but I think bleaching your hair and dying it blue for a month would be too drastic....? xD
