Not really...but thank you. I just believe in freedom for everyone. I don't tell other people how to live their lives and I expect the same from them. There are too many judgmental control freaks in this country that assume that their way is the only way. When I was growing up we were taught individualism. Notice how they assume that I smoke around other people, for example, and still try to tell me to quit. They are worse than Jehovah Witnesses when it comes to preaching. In short, no one has the right to tell me what to do with my body and I resent the intrusion!

Certain people have hated smoking since before anyone knew it was bad for you (going all the way back to when it was discovered in the new world). These anti-smokers don't hate it for health reasons--they hate it because "they just do." The health effects (which, especially for 'secondhand smoke,' is sketcy at best), just give them justification (in THEIR minds) to hate something they'd hate either way. It's an excuse, not a reason. That's why they hate smoking, but nothing else that's unhealthy!
