Kyle like Ryan is short for his age and has an aging condition that kept him frozen at age wise which also sent one of his eyes red, this is also why Kyle decided to take his adoptive family's last name. Kyle isnโt initially babyish though he has an intrest in baby stuff due to the fact he never really had a good childhood. well i haven't gotten more details yet but basically his father was well a hardass who never potty-trained him and beat him everytime he went in his nappies instead of the toilet expecting him to just take up the potty on his own

well after he moves into Ryan's home he kind of starts to have a mental regression becoming more and more babyish but since he and Ryan are the size of 4 year olds the popular kids really love them and it adds to their popularity they're the schools designated babies and the popular kids love them being around which led to Ryan becoming popular and he's got a kiddie phone aka a Gecko which are these kids phones they're not a smart phone they're old style they have 5 buttons below the screen and there is a part that slides down with a keypad under it like a computer keypad. he numbers have to lituraly be programed into the phone with a photo of the owner of that number you scroll down and click the middle one then you have the option to call or text
