The sea, wind & gulls, are background music
Like sand, there is nothing much to catch hold of,
but on a sunny, blue sky day. everything is golden...

Strange that you had problems - comments do show up as enabled as I see it.

If you click the link in the License (at the bottom of the right hand column on each dA document page) you will get the information on what you can and cannot do with my work. It is the same for each item.

Yes, I've seen my work featured around the web - generally people are very fair - they credit me and no attempt is made to use my pieces commercially

I hope you find all perpetrators that are trying to plagiarise your work.

You can even sue them if you wish as plagiarism is a criminal offense in some countries/states.

OMFG now that sicko on eBay "occultauctions" has listed a cheap banana leaf photo album today from India that they sell everywhere online as an "antique/old BOS" and what cracks me up is that u can see she bought calligraphy pens before she threw this thing together herself and scribbled on the photo album paper. She should stop lying already! The album isn't older than 5 years and that's being generous. I have albums just like these from India. What a scam! This person needs to stop: [link]

I now have the name of a buyer who purchased, for US $182.76, some of my material stolen by 'occultauctions' at ebay.

I would like this buyer to know that the material he bought was sold by 'occultauctions' contrary to its non-commercial license and in breach of the law.

The buyers ebay account name is 'workshopitems' and his comment about the material supplied by 'occultauctions' was:
Book was in FAR worse shape then described! Several pages are unreadable. Dec-01-12 03:34 Item #: 1810234029

It seems shortly after I called out that liar on here, that the scammer on eBay changed their username from newladyfreedom to occultauctions. [link]

They obviously know they are doing something wrong and they're trying to get away with it. They are ao stupid pretending these are old books. You can see their purchase history on their feedback where they are buying ink cartridges to print your artwork and buying calligraphy pens to make the pages look written in. One of these days the law will catch up with them. Someone should tell their past buyers that they were scammed so there will be a mass lawsuit for fraud

Someone on eBay has been repeatedly stealing your art for printing and selling as alleged "antique" books of shadows and violating your terms of use. This eBay member has sold four "antique" books she made herself using your art in the whole book and lying about it's age and origins. They have been reported but the actual rights owner needs to be represented so I am sending you this note. Here is the shortened link to this scammer newladyfreedom on eBay. Look at this on eBay:
