Hey I want to make the Jake the Dog Costume I keep seeing online. Apparently you were wearing the Finn the Human costume in the photos, so I was hoping you could let me know where your friend got the stuff to make the costume? I cant even find the yellow jumpsuit online! Please help!

hey there. haha that was awhile back! Sweating a little... my friend actually made that costume/kigurumi herself. it's going to involve getting your hands on a kigurumi sewing pattern (make sure it's for your size) and getting the right amount/color fabrics annnd of course some cutting and sewing. once you have the jumpsuit the rest of the cutouts for jake's face are pretty straightforward. if you just google "kigurumi"+ "how to" you'll probably find more help than you'll need. goodluck! :) (Smile)

The costumes were hand made - for the most part... :) (Smile) My friend, who cosplayed Jake, made the kigurumi and my Finn hat herself. I tore off the front pouch of an old jansport backpack and spray painted it. The rest of the Finn outfit can be bought for relatively cheap at a thrift t-shirt store.
