Heheh nice to meet you too mate. I prefer Pinyin and we don't really use Wade-Glies (it still seems weird to many people) 😂

Hmm, for me I find Pinyin spellings to be a bit weird, empty and pretentious...

But I find a modified Wade-Giles without all the apostrophes and maybe Taiwanese Tongyong Pinyin to be far approachable and beautiful ^^

"Kaohsiung" looks better and more elegant than "Gaoxiong",
"Peking" and "Peiping" are better than "Beijing" and "Beiping",
"Kwangchow" better than "Guangzhou",
"Fukien" better than "Fujian",
"Szechuan" better than "Sichuan",
"Sinkiang" better than "Xinjiang", etc.
