here's a couple character questionnaires that might help. The second is ridiculously detailed to the point that I've never finished one, but when filling them out a useful exercise is to have your own notes, and then have notes of your character answering each question so you can practice being the character and how he would answer such invasive questions as "What is your life dream? What is your happiest/worst memory? What is your biggest regret? What do you do when you're not working? etc."

the good guys are...Neptune, defender of good and his perky (TOO perky) sidekick Merboy, the half-crimefighter half-comic book collector boy. we are part of an ocean-themed ring of evil, you and i, know as The Red Tide. Our other evil buddies include Sharkwoman (the finned mistress of doom), Aquascarium (the scubasuit wearing bringer of pain) and Watson, the half-chubby boy half-porpoise boy.
