If you're ok with my honest opinion, I do like your oc, it has a very unique design and it does feel like she can fit in gensokyo. Anyway you're still allowed to submit images of your art that includes your oc to TO.

Actually, the design isn't entirely original or unique...but it is true that it really has changed over time.
